Resumen de Derecho, bien común, seguridad y justicia

Después de tantos siglos en que el derecho ha acompañado al hombre en su vida, parecería ocioso preguntarse por su finalidad. Sin embargo, como veremos en el desarrollo de este artículo, hoy día, entre importantes autores, se continúa discutiendo sobre el mismo tema. Por esta razón me di a la tarea de escribir algo al respecto, esperando contribuir —desde mi convicción y formación— al esclarecimiento del problema, ya que son varios los aspectos de la vida social a los que, según diversos especialistas, debería enfocarse el derecho: bien común, seguridad, paz, orden, tranquilidad, libertad, justicia, etcétera.

After so many centuries accompanying man’s life, it would seem pointless to ask about the end of law. However, as we will see in the development of this article, this topic still arises discussion among great authors now. For this reason, I gave myself the task of writing something about it, hoping to contribute–from my conviction and training–to the clarification of the problem, since there are several aspects of social life on which, according to various authors, law should focus: common good, security, peace, order, tranquility, freedom, justice, etc.
