  • The essay deals with the topic of algorithm design in the public sector. It takes into account the state of the Italian public administration, the national and international debate, and the jurisprudence that has dealt with the issue. Particular emphasis is placed on the contribution that compliance with the principles of transparency and participation can make to the solution of the most relevant problems at a global level
