Resumen
The theorization of the “risk society” is based on the relationship firm - competition - market - production of risks for the health and environment’s sector, shifting the attention from the choice of the firm to the creation of “social situation of exposure to risks”. An indissoluble correlation exists between the enterprise risk, in which the techno-economical choice comes into play, and the unaware exposure to new risks that citizens and consumers embark on accidentally.The use of IA in public administrations’ activities creates new opportunities for citizens ad communities but also creates new risks for them. Under this aspect the relationship between IA and public administrations represents a new path of the juridical reflection on the contemporary management of risk.
