    El liderazgo es uno de los elementos de la trinidad de Clausewitz y se integra directamente en el conflicto, generando controversias centradas en su responsabilidad en él. Los líderes son los representantes de sus pueblos y su reflejo. Pero un líder no es un profeta, sino un puente entre el presente y el futuro de su sociedad responsable por el sólo hecho de haberlo elegido. Existen distintos tipos de liderazgo y de fuentes de legitimidad que lo marcan, posibilitando o dificultando su labor.

    The leadership is one of the elements of Clausewitz's trinity; it is directly part of the conflict generating controversies centred on his responsibility. The leaders are the representatives of his peoples and his reflection. But a leader is not a prophet but a bridge between the present and the future; community is responsible for having chosen him. There exist different types of leadership and of sources of legitimacy that mark it making possible or impeding his labor.
