  En este artículo se hace una reflexión sobre tres cuestiones básicas. En primer lugar, se  analiza el concepto tradicional de "responsabilidad" -que tiene carácter individual, preferentemente- y se descubre la necesidad de complementarlo mediante la noción de "corresponsabilidad". Puesto que todas las acciones individuales, así como la responsabilidad individual que les es inherente, presuponen ya siempre instituciones sociales (el vínculo sujeto-sujeto), es necesario postular la necesidad de asumir la responsabilidad por esas acciones colectivas (guerra, pobreza, destrucción de la biosfera, etc.). En segundo lugar, este trabajo fundamenta el concepto primordial de corresponsabilidad  de forma pragmático-transcendental, mostrando la insuficiencia de otros tipos de fundamentación para lograr dicho objetivo. Ni una ética utilitarista, ni una ética deontológica al estilo del kantismo clásico y naturalmente, tampoco una ética neoaristotélica o comunitarista son capaces de fundamentar una macroética a nivel planetario. Finalmente, se muestra cómo es posible aplicar de manera corresponsable la ética discursiva, para abordar adecuadamente los problemas derivados de las actividades humanas en el mundo actual ante las cuales es necesario asumir solidariamente la corresponsabilidad.

  In diesem Artikel soll über drei grundlegende Fragen nachgedacht werder. Zunächst wird der traditionelle Begriff der "Verantwortung", der hauptsächlich individueller Natur ist, analysiert und die Notwendigkeit aufgedeckt, ihn durch den Begriff der "Mit-Verantwortung" zu ergänzen. Da alle individuellen Handlungen sowie die ihnen entsprechende individuelle Verantwortung immer schon gesellschaftliche Institutionen voraussetzen (d. h., die Subjekt-Subjekt Beziehung), ist die Übernahme der Verantwortung für diese kollektive Handlungen (z. B., Kriege, Armut, Zerstörung der Biosphäre, usw.) unbedingt zu postulieren. An zweiter Stelle wird in dieser Arbeit der Begriff primordialer Mit-Verantwortung auf pragmatisch-transzendentale Weise begründet. Von diesem Standpunkt aus und im Vergleich zu anderen ethischen Schulen zeigt sich klar der Mangel anderer Begründungsarten zur Erreichung dieses Ziels. Weder eine utilitaristische noch eine deontologische Ethik, im Sinne des klassischen Kantianismus, und natürlich auch keine neo-aristotelische oder kommunitäre Ethik sind in der Lage, eine Makro-Ethik auf planetarischer Ebene zu begründen. Schließlich wird gezeigt, wie es möglich ist eine diskursive Ethik in einer mitverantwortlichen Weise anzuwenden, um die Probleme, die sich aus den menschlichen kollektiven Handlungen in der heutigen Welt ergeben und für die eine füreinander einstehende Mit-Verantwortung notwendig ist, angemessen aufzulösen.

  This article has the purpose of thinking about three basic questions. Firstly, the traditional notion of “responsibility” -being mainly of individual nature- is analysed and the need is exposed to complement it with the notion of “co-responsibility”. Given that any personal act along with the personal responsibility that goes with it presupposes social institutions from the very beginning (meaning the subject-subject relation), accepting responsibility for these collective acts (e.g. wars, poverty, destruction of the biosphere, etc.) must be postulated unconditionally. Secondly, this paper lays the foundations in a pragmatic-transcendental way for the concept of primordial co-responsibility. From this point of view and comparison with other ethical doctrines, the shortcomings of other attempts to deal with the difficulties at hand become clear. Neither utilitarian nor deontological ethics, in the sense of classical Kantianism, and naturally Neo-Aristotelian nor community ethics are capable of providing the foundations for a macro-ethic on a planetary level. Finally, it is shown how a co-responsible way of applying discursive ethics is possible with the purpose to dissolve appropriately the problems arising from the collective acts of Humanity in our present world and which require a spirit of solidary co-responsibility.
