    El cine, desde sus orígenes mantiene una doble vertiente: ficción y documental. Ambas, caminan de la mano y puede resultar complejo diferenciarlas. A través del presente texto analizaremos la obra 72% (Lluís Quílez, 2017). Dos son los motivos que justifican su estudio: por un lado, pensamos que este cortometraje-fábula ilustra de manera adecuada la pervivencia del documental dentro la ficción; por otro, la necesidad de valorar este relato como vehículo para la concienciación social ante la problemática de la escasez del agua, la desertización, como sabemos, una de las drásticas consecuencias del cambio climático. Observando la narrativa que conforma el film, expondremos las connotaciones, sus elementos poéticos, asociadas a la realidad presente-futura del calentamiento global.

    Since its origins, cinema has had a double-fold dimension: fiction and documentary. As both aspects go hand in hand, it can be difficult to tell them apart. This text will analyze the work 72% (Lluís Quílez, 2017). Two reasons justify studying it. In the first place, I consider that this short-fable adequately illustrates the survival of the documentary within fiction. Equally important is the need to value this story as a social awareness vehicle for water scarcity issues and desertification, which are known to be some of the most drastic consequences of climate change. By observing the narrative that makes up the film, I will expose the connotations of its poetic elements of staging, coupled with the present-future reality of global warming.
