    In view of the state of degradation of the planet and the health crisis that we are going through, the paper, taking advantage of the recent legal recognition of the reparation of ecological prejudice, but still poorly identified, proposes the recognition of a health prejudice, a trans-individual prejudice, and to advocate for its reparability in the event of a technological disaster.

    Au regard de l’état de dégradation de la planète et de la crise sanitaire que nous traversons, il nous a semblé intéressant de prendre appui sur la consécration légale récente de la réparation du préjudice écologique encore mal identifié pour proposer la reconnaissance d’un préjudice sanitaire, préjudice trans-individuel, et prôner sa réparabilité en cas de catastrophe technologique.
