    La actividad científico investigativa en las universidades ecuatorianas impone una preparación de los docentes para el logro de este trabajo ante los retos de la agenda 2030 referida a elevar la calidad de la educación. la investigación desarrollada responde a una problemática en la Universidad Autónoma de los Andes, extensión Riobamba. Se emplearon métodos teóricos y empíricos de la investigación científica que las potencialidades y barreras del estado inicial para el desarrollo de la actividad científico investigativa en la carrera de Derecho, desde la asignatura de Metodología de la Investigación, lo cual fue significativo para el enriquecimiento de las bases conceptuales de la preparación de los profesionales de Derecho. En este artículo se ofrece una sistematización teórica y metodológica para el perfeccionamiento de la actividad científico investigativa en la carrera de Derecho mediante la asignatura Metodología de la Investigación, en UNIANDES - Riobamba.

    The investigative activity scientist in the Ecuadorian universities imposes a preparation of the educational ones for the achievement of this work before the challenges of the calendar 2030 referred to elevate the quality of the education. the developed investigation responds to a problem in the Autonomous University of the Andes, extension Riobamba. Theoretical and empiric methods of the scientific investigation were used that the potentialities and barriers of the initial state for the development of the investigative activity scientist in the career of Right, from the subject of Methodology of the Investigation, that which was significant for the enrichment of the conceptual bases of the preparation of the professionals of Right. In this article he/she offers a theoretical and methodological systematizing for the improvement of the investigative activity scientist in the career of Right by means of the subject Methodology of the Investigation, in UNIANDES - Riobamba.
