    El siguiente trabajo se propone analizar las articulaciones y negociaciones que diferentes actores de la sociedad civil debieron entablar con las instituciones públicas para lograr viabilizar sus proyectos alternativos de acceso al hábitat en la ciudad de Tandil. En este sentido, se intenta abordar la diversidad de estrategias de generación de espacios residenciales que surgieron en los últimos años y las políticas que el Estado desarrolló para cada una de estas experiencias. Para ello se realizaron entrevistas a informantes clave y se consultaron fuentes de información secundaria.

    The following work intends to analyze the articulations and negotiations conducted between social actors and public institutions in order to make viable the former’s alternative projects of habitat access in the city of Tandil. We have tried to approach a variety of recently developed strategies used for generating residential areas and the policies formulated by the State for each of these experiences. To this end, key informants were interviewed and secondary sources of information were consulted.
