Resumen de Tratamiento jurídico del deportista profesional extranjero

En España será extranjero todo aquel que no sea español, ahora bien, no todo extranjero tiene el mismo tratamiento jurídico; el presente artículo pretende exponer estas especificidades y, por ende, centrarse en la figura del deportista profesional extranjero desde esa perspectiva jurídica concentra dichas especificidades además de otras singularidades referidas exclusivamente a los deportistas. A lo largo del artículo se analizará todas ellas y se concluirá si dichas singularidades son beneficiosas o perjudiciales para los deportistas extranjeros.

In Spain, anyone who is not Spanish will be foreigner, but not every foreigner has the same legal treatment; the present article tries to expose these specificities and, therefore, to focus on the figure of the foreign professional athlete from that legal perspective, which concentrates these specificities in addition to other singularities exclusively related to athletes. Throughout the article, all of those singularities will be analyzed and it will conclude whether said singularities are beneficial or harmful for foreign athletes.
