    El desarrollo de la inteligencia artificial ha llegado al punto en que, de seguir así, en pocos años podemos hablar del carácter instrumental del ser humano respecto de la inteligencia artificial, circunstancia ésta que abre una compleja controversia que ya supera las barreras meramente científicas. Si ello es así ¿cabe considerar a estos entes como sujetos potenciales de derechos? Muchas preguntas y escasas respuestas se generan en este ámbito, a mi juicio uno de los grandes retos jurídicos del futuro

    The development of artificial intelligence has reached the point where, if it continues in this way, in a few years we can speak of the instrumental nature of the human being with respect to artificial intelligence, a circumstance that opens up a complex controversy that already surpasses purely scientific barriers.
