    El citado artículo analiza la propuesta demediación intrajudicial en el orden contencioso administrativo presentado por el Consejo General del PoderJudicial el 6 de mayo de 2020 con el objetivo deevitar el colapsp de los Tribunales. De la redacción del nuevo artículo 77 UCA que el Informe plantea sededuce, sin embargo, que la finalidad última de lamediación no es la reducción de los litigios contenciosos administrativos sino la liberalizacón del capital retenido en los tribunales.

    The mentioned article analyzes the proposal of intra-judicial mediation in the contentiousadministrative order presented by the General Council of the Judiciary on May 6, 2020 with the objective of avoiding the courts. From the draft of the new article 77 UCA that the Report proposes, however, it can be inferred that the ultimate purpose of mediation is not the reduction of contentious administrative disputes but the liberalization of the capital retained in the courts.
