    En la presente investigación tratamos las relaciones de turismo y patrimonio especialmente aquel considerado arqueológico. Por tanto, en esta propuesta, se presenta una investigación encaminada a analizar el impacto que el Turismo ocasiona en el Patrimonio. Este trabajo pretende poner de relieve las consecuencias del acceso de la ciudadanía al Patrimonio y las medidas que desde los planes de la gestión cultural se toman al respecto para evitar o solventar la degradación, destrucción o abandono del mismo. Igualmente, se busca arrojar luz al respecto de las causas. En cuanto al planteamiento de soluciones, resulta interesante profundizar en el proyecto para un Plan Nacional de Turismo y Patrimonio y su alcance. Para el estudio hacemos uso de ejemplos españoles enmarcados en el campo de la arqueología, entre los que destacamos, el complejo arqueológico de Mérida, el castillo-fortaleza de Magacela, numerosos ejemplos de vandalismo, la cueva de Altamira, entre otros. Se pretende analizar la viabilidad de la convivencia entre el Turismo y la conservación del Patrimonio, tanto para aquellos monumentos que cuentan con un control (acceso, aforos controlado, tarifas, etc.) como aquellos que se integran en el paisaje.

    In this investigation, our effort have been focused on the relationship among Tourism and Cultural Heritage, paying special attention to the Archaelogical one. Thus, thoughout this study an investigation is proposed, in which the main aim is to analyse impact Tourism causes in our cultural heritage. This way, it is intented to highligth the consequences taht popular Access to hetitage has and what kind of measures are taken by the cultural authorities in order to avoid or solvethe deterioration, destruction or abandon of the places, as well as trying to shed light on the causes of the current situation. Regarding to the posible solutions, it is interesting to deepen on the National Tourism and Heritage Plan and its scope.To study it, some specific Spanisg archaeological cases have been chosen, such as the archaelogical complex of Mérida, the castle-fortress of Magacela, several cases of vandalism on cultural spaces and the cave of Altamira, among others. The final aim is to analyse the viability and convenience of coexistence of Tourimo and the conservation of heritage, not only considering the ones which are under certain control (Access, seating, capacity, fees, etc. ) but also those which are integrated on the landscape.
