  Las dificultades padecidas hoy día por la sociedad venezolana en particular –y en general por América Latina– representan el indicador más profundo y verdadero de que el proyecto llevado a cabo por el “socialismo del siglo XXI” y, sobre todo, por el chavismo-madurismo no supo encontrar alternativas valederas para solucionar aquellos problemas estructurales que indujeron a los venezolanos a afiliarse al movimiento bolivariano, así como a abandonar a los antiguos portavoces de la democracia representativa. El fracaso del chavismo-madurismo contribuyó a que Venezuela cayera en la más profunda crisis de su historia.

  The difficulties experienced today in particular by Venezuelan society –and, more generally, by Latin America– represent the deepest and most true indicator of the project carried out by the “socialism of the 21st century” and, above all, by ChavismoMadurismo, has not been able to find valid alternatives to solve those structural problems that led Venezuelans to join the Bolivarian movement, and to abandon the old spokespersons for representative democracy. The failure of Chavismo-Madurismo contributed to Venezuela falling into the deepest crisis in its history.
