  El presente trabajo tiene por objeto analizar el proyecto de ley de migración y extranjería, actualmente en tramitación en el Congreso Nacional de la República de Chile, respecto de aquellas materias que inciden en el tratamiento y protección de la niñez migrante y formular criticas y propuestas desde el enfoque de derechos respectivo, y en tanto niñez migrante, desde la protección especial que requieren como sujetos vulnerables.

  The purpose of this work is to analyze the draft of the migration and foreing policy bill, that is currently passing in the National Congress of the Republic of Chile. This bill seeks to norm the treatment and protection of migrant children and formulate criticisms and proposals from the respective rights approach, and the special protection the migrant children require as vulnerable subjects.
