ESTILO DE LIDERAZGO Y CLIMA ORGANIZACIONAL EN INSTITUCIONES EDUCATIVAS DE GESTION PUBLICA DEL DISTRITO DE COATA-PUNO

  • RESUMENLa investigación aborda como tema eje la gestión escolar, considerando como variables de estudio: Estilos de liderazgo y Clima organizacional, respectivamente; tuvo como objetivo general determinar el tipo de relación que existe entre el estilo de liderazgo y el clima organizacional en las instituciones educativas de gestión pública del distrito de Coata – Puno (Perú), durante el segundo semestre del año académico 2017. La investigación corresponde al enfoque de investigación cuantitativo, según su finalidad es de tipo básico, cuyo nivel de investigación es descriptivo, entre tanto el diseño de estudio fue correlacional. La información se recogió en función a la técnica de encuesta y a través de los instrumentos: Cuestionario de Estilos de Liderazgo (Kurt Lewin) para la variable 1: Estilos de liderazgo, y el Cuestionario de Clima organizacional para la variable 2, cuyos ítems de ambos instrumentos se calificaron en base a las Escalas de Likert. La población conformó 122 docentes de las instituciones educativas del nivel inicial, primaria y secundaria del distrito de Coata. En el estudio se concluye que, existe relación positiva entre el Estilo de liderazgo y el Clima organizacional en las instituciones educativas de gestión pública del distrito de Coata – Puno, porque en la prueba de hipótesis, considerando el valor de la prueba de Zt de 1,96; la Zc resultó con un valor de 5,21 puntos, lo que significa que se rechaza la hipótesis nula y se acepta, la hipótesis alterna; Por otro lado, el estilo de liderazgo predominante en las instituciones educativas es democrático; mientras que, el modo de clima organizacional es favorable en las instituciones educativas en referencia.Palabras clave: Clima organizacional, gestión, gestión escolar, institución educativa, líder y liderazgo.ABSTRACTThe research focuses on school management, considering as study variables: Leadership styles and organizational climate, respectively; the general objective was to determine the type of relationship between leadership style and organizational climate in educational institutions of public management in the district of Coata - Puno (Peru), during the second semester of the 2017 academic year. The research corresponds to the quantitative research approach, according to its purpose is of basic type, whose level of research is descriptive, while the study design was correlational. The information was collected according to the survey technique and through the instruments: Leadership Styles Questionnaire (Kurt Lewin) for variable 1: Leadership Styles, and the Organizational Climate Questionnaire for variable 2, whose items from both instruments were rated on the basis of the Likert Scales. The population consisted of 122 teachers from pre-school, primary and secondary schools in the district of Coata. The study concludes that there is a positive relationship between the Leadership Style and the Organizational Climate in the educational institutions of public management in the district of Coata - Puno, because in the hypothesis test, considering the value of the Zt test of 1.96; the Zc resulted with a value of 5.21 points, which means that the null hypothesis is rejected and the alternative hypothesis is accepted; On the other hand, the predominant leadership style in the educational institutions is democratic; while, the organizational climate mode is favorable in the educational institutions in question.Key words: Organizational climate, management, school management, educational institution, leader and leader.
