Resumen de Presencia de la poesía en la canción de autor: el efecto Dylan

La idea de que los cantautores pueden ser considerados poetas ha sido defendida por mucha gente y encontró su culminación cuando la Academia Sueca concedió el premio Nobel de Literatura al cantautor Bob Dylan en el año 2016. En este artículo se revisa esta idea atendiendo a las distintas etapas de evolución de la poesía lírica y contrastándolas con la actividad creativa que llevan a cabo los cantautores. El objetivo que se persigue es mostrar qué convergencias y qué divergencias existen realmente entre la figura del cantautor y la del poeta.

The idea that singer-songwriters can be considered poets has been defended by many people and found its culmination when the Swedish Academy awarded the Nobel Prize in Literature to Bob Dylan in 2016. This paper reviews this idea considering the different stages of evolution of lyric poetry and contrasting them with the creative activity carried out by singer-songwriters. The objective pursued is to show what convergences and divergences really exist between the figure of a singer-songwriter and that of a poet.
