Resumen de Atajos y tropiezos en el proceso de apropiación de la ciudad

  En este trabajo se introducen reflexiones acerca de los saberes, las relaciones y las prácticas que se ponen en juego en la vida cotidiana de sujetos singulares y colectivos en la construcción del espacio de la ciudad y los procesos de territorialidad. En Río Cuarto, la colectividad boliviana -al igual que en otras ciudades de Argentina- inscribe su existencia en el marco de las múltiples situaciones de vulnerabilidad y exclusión que configuran la difícil situación de los inmigrantes de países limítrofes en nuestro país. El artículo aborda la problemática de la integración del grupo social y del fortalecimiento del tejido sociocultural, a la vez que contribuye a visibilizar la realidad de la comunidad boliviana a partir del re-conocimiento de la narrativa y las experiencias de sus protagonistas.

  Diese Arbeit stellt Reflexionen über Wissen, Beziehungen und Praktiken vor, die im Alltag der individuellen und kollektiven Subjekte in der Konstruktion des Stadtraums und der Territorialität eine Rolle spielen. Die Existenz der bolivianischen Einwohner der Stadt Rio Cuarto (Provinz Córdoba, Argentinien) unterliegt -wie in anderen Städten Argentiniens- unterschiedlichen Situationen der Vulnerabilität und Ausgrenzung, den Merkmalen der Schwierigkeiten der Einwanderer aus Nachbarländern in Argentinien. Der Artikel befasst sich mit dem Problem der Integration dieser sozialen Gruppe und der Stärkung der soziokulturellen Struktur; gleichzeitig wird ausgehend von der Anerkennung ihrer eigenen Erzählungen und Erfahrungen ein Beitrag geleistet zur Sichtbarmachung der Realität der bolivianischen Gemeinschaft.

  The process of material and symbolic appropriation of the city is a journey that opens multiple dimensions of analysis. This work introduces reflections on knowledge, relationships and practices that come into play in the daily life of singular and collective subjects in the construction of city space and the processes of territoriality. In Rio Cuarto -as in other cities of Argentina- the Bolivian community registers its existence within the frame of multiple situations of vulnerability and exclusion that shape the plight of immigrants from neighbouring countries in our country. The article addresses the problem of integration of the social group and the strengthening of the socio-cultural fabric while helping to make visible the reality of the Bolivian community from the recognition of the narrative and the experiences of its protagonists.
