Resumen de Democracia, derechos y ciudadanía en la sociedad del conocimiento

En el presente trabajo se reflexiona sobre el problema de la ciudadanía, los derechos y la democracia como construcciones sociopolíticas que acompañan el desarrollo capitalista. Se considera la ambigüedad de este desarrollo tanto en las primeras fases modernas como en la actual sociedad global, donde el conocimiento, a través de la revolución de las nuevas tecnologías, ocupa un valor central. Se analizan las formas que la ciudadanía y la democracia adquieren en América Latina y Argentina, teniendo en cuenta que, en la sociedad del conocimiento, saberes como los de la ética y la filosofía política no resultan funcionales al control social que se pretende.

The problem of citizenship, rights and democracy as sociopolitical constructions accompanying capitalist development is presented in this paper. Their ambiguity is considered not only in the first modern phases but also in the current global society, where knowledge, through the new technologies revolution, takes up a central value. The forms that citizenship and democracy acquire in Latin America and Argentina are analyzed, bearing in mind that in the knowledge society, the knowledge of ethics and political philosophy is not functional to the social control that is sought.

In der vorliegenden Arbeit wird über das Problem der Bürgerschaft, der Rechte und der Demokratie als Konstruktionen nachgedacht, die die Entwicklung des Kapitalismus begleiten. Seine Zwiespältigkeit wird sowohl in den frühen modernen Phasen als auch in der heutigen globalen Gesellschaft betrachtet, in der durch die Revolution der neuen Technologien das Wissen einen zentralen Wert einnimmt. Es werden die Formen untersucht, die die Bürgerschaft und die Demokartie in Lateinamerika und Argentinien annehmen. Dabei wird berücksichtigt, dass ein Wissen wie das ethische und das der politischen Philosophie der erstrebten sozialen Kontrolle nicht funktional sind.
