Resumen de Factores institucionales en el emprendimiento femenino: Divergencias

  Esta investigación tiene como objetivo principal identificar la divergencia entre los factores institucionales, que inciden en el emprendimiento femenino en 6 países (Brasil, Colombia, Estados Unidos de América, Países Bajos, México y el Reino Unido). Se utilizó el tipo de investigación explicativa, mediante un análisis de varianza (ANOVA) sobre los datos recopilados en la encuesta realizada por el Global Entrepreneur Monitor (GEM) en 2018. Los resultados obtenidos muestran diferencias, estadísticamente significativas, entre las medias de los factores de desarrollo (nivel educativo y formación emprendedora) y normas culturales (énfasis en el éxito personal) de los países estudiados.

  The main objective of this research is to identify the divergence between institutional factors, which affect female entrepreneurship in 6 countries (Brazil, Colombia, the United States of America, Netherlands, Mexico and the United Kingdom). The explanatory research type was used, through an analysis of variance (ANOVA) on the data collected in the survey carried out by the Global Entrepreneur Monitor (GEM) in 2018. The results obtained show statistically significant differences between the means of the factors of development (educational level and entrepreneurial training) and cultural norms (emphasis on personal success) of the countries studied.
