Liberación: De qué hablamos, cuando hablamos de liberación

    La liberación político-social es una tarea que corresponde a la razón práctica y demanda racionalidad estratégica bajo la primacía de la racionalidad ética. Incluye dos momentos: a) la supresión de las trabas que se oponen al ejercicio de una determinada actividad; b) establecimiento del marco que posibilita y encauza la efectiva posibilidad de realización de la libertad obtenida. La liberación no se refiere siempre a lo mismo, v. g. liberación nacional, liberación social, liberación cultural, liberación de "género", etc. Difiere en los niveles convencional y postconvencional, conforme al estadio de desarrollo de la eticidad colectiva. El nivel de conflicto y la utilización del poder varían en sus distintos momentos conforme al grado de desarrollo moral filogenético. La liberación no tiene por qué verse atada a una interpretación conservadora de la ética de la responsabilidad; la pervivencia de los sistemas de autoafirmación no torna en futuribles a las demandas de liberación.

    Die politisch-soziale Befreiung ist Aufgabe der praktischen Vernunft und macht eine der ethischen Rationalität untergeordnete strategische Rationalität erforderlich. Sie beinhaltet zwei Momente: a) die Beseitigung der Hindernisse, die einer bestimmten Aktivität im Wege stehen; b) die Schaffung von Verhältnissen, die die effektive Verwiklichung der erhaltenen Freiheit ermöglichen oder in Bahnen lenken. Befreiung kann Verschiedenes bedeuten, zum Beispiel nationale Befreiung, soziale Befreiung, kulturelle Befreiung, Befreiung der "Geschlechter" usw. Sie unterscheidet sich auf konventionellem und postkonventionellem Niveau, je nach dem Entwicklungsstadium der kollektiven Sittlichkeit. Das Niveau der Konflikte und der Machtausübung unterscheiden sich in ihren verschiedenen Momenten je nach dem Grad der phylogenetischen Moralentwicklung. Die Befreiung darf nicht an eine konservative Interpretation der Verantwortungsethik gebunden bleiben; das Weiterbestehen der Systeme der Autoaffirmation macht die Forderungen der Befreiung nicht zu futuribles.

    The socio-political liberation is a task that corresponds to practical reason and demands strategic rationality under the primacy of ethical rationality. It includes two moments: a) or suppression of the obstacles that resist the exercise of a certain activity; b) establishment of the framework that enables and guides the effective possibility of realization of the freedom obtained. Liberation does not always refer to the same thing, that is, national liberation, social liberation, cultural liberation, "gender" liberation, etc. It differs at the conventional and post-conventional levels in accordance with the state of development of collective ethicity. The level of conflict and the use of power vary in its different periods according to the degree of philogenetic moral development. Liberation does not have to be tied to a conservative interpretation of the ethics of responsibility; the survival of systems of self-affirmation does not make the demands for liberation futuristic.
