Resumen de Reformas en la gestión ambiental del hotel Iberostar Ordoño del destino turístico de Gibara, Cuba

  Se presenta un análisis de la gestión ambiental integral en el Hotel Iberostar Ordoño del destino Gibara en el oriente de Cuba. La metodología aplicada fue la investigación cualitativa a través del análisis y síntesis, la observación científica, fueron aplicadas además entrevistas a 23 personas, muestra representativa de directivos, trabajadores y clientes del hotel, con el fin de diagnosticar el estado de la gestión ambiental por componente estratégico, operativo y de apoyo. Como resultado se propuso desarrollar un procedimiento para la gestión ambiental integral en el Hotel Iberostar Ordoño, que contribuya a la mejora del medio ambiente, para el logro de los objetivos de la agenda 2030 para el desarrollo sostenible y de la Tarea Vida, Plan de Estado de Cuba hasta el 2050 para el enfrentamiento al cambio climático.

  An analysis of the integral environmental management is presented at the Iberostar Ordoño Hotel of the Destination Gibara in the east of Cuba. The applied methodology was the qualitative investigation through the analysis and synthesis, the scientific observation, interviews to 23 people were also applied, directives, workers and clients of the hotel’s representative sample, with the purpose of diagnosing the state of the environmental management by strategic, operative and support’s component. As a result, it was intended to develop a procedure for the integral environmental management at the Iberostar Ordoño Hotel that contributes to the improvement of the environment, for the objectives’ achievement of the 2030 for the sustainable development calendar and the Life Task, Plan of State of Cuba up to the 2050 for the confrontation to the climatic change.
