    La presente investigación busca analizar la importancia del Sistema Peruano de Información Jurídica (SPIJ) como aporte eficiente a la revolución digital y el trabajo en un contexto de sistematización jurídica. En dicho ámbito, se determinará la aplicación del SPIJ en relación con la informática jurídica aplicable al derecho al trabajo. Finalmente, se buscará conocer la incidencia del SPIJ como elemento técnico para la sistematización jurídica de la normatividad relativa al mundo del trabajo, específicamente a nivel de la regulación del teletrabajo.

    This research seeks to analyze the importance of the Peruvian Legal Information System (SPIJ) as an efficient contributor to the digital revolution and the work in a context of legal systematization. In this area, the application will be determined in relation to the legal information applicable to the right to work. At the end, we will become acquainted with the incidence of (SPIJ) as a technical element for the Legal Systematization of the regulations related to the world of work, specifically at the level of teleworking regulations.
