    El presente artículo trata de abordar una pieza de la literatura contemporánea del violonchelo que no ha sido especialmente analizada en profundidad hasta la fecha. Esta investigación facilitará el camino a aquellos violonchelistas que decidan trabajar esta pieza, les ayudará a comprender cómo está compuesta y cómo solventar las distintas dificultades que puedan aparecer en el estudio instrumental. Por ello, se ha planteado el trabajo sobre esta obra desde tres puntos de vista analíticos: técnico-interpretativo, a partir de los recursos técnicos propios del instrumento, empleados en la obra; estructural, descifrando de qué manera están escritas las cuatro secciones que componen la pieza; y expresivo-performativo, escuchando y comparando distintas versiones de la obra. Al final de este proceso, se comprobará que Per Slava (1986) es una obra técnicamente asequible para aquellos violonchelistas que se encuentren, al menos, en los últimos cursos de enseñanzas superiores.

    This work tries to approach a piece of contemporary literature of the cello that has not been specially analysed in depth to date. This research will ease the path for those cellists who decide to work on this piece, as it will help them to understand how it was composed and how to solve the different difficulties that may appear during their practicing time.

    Because of this, the work on this piece has been planned from three analytical points of view: technical-interpretative, based on the technical resources of the instrument used in the piece; structural, deciphering the four sections that built up the written piece; and expressive-performative, listening and comparing different recordings of the piece. At the end of this process, we will see that Per Slava is an affordable piece for those cellists who are, at least, in the last courses of bachelor education.
