    La incorporación de la mujer en la Guardia Civil ha sido uno de los acontecimientos más importantes en la historia del país. Este hecho ha derivado en un continuo desarrollo normativo con el objetivo de adaptar la situación del personal femenino a la época y, asimismo, lograr una igualdad de oportunidades.

    En este artículo se refleja el análisis llevado a cabo de los cuestionarios que se han realizado al alumnado y a parte de los efectivos del Cuerpo, con el fin de conocer sus consideraciones respecto al tema principal sobre el que se basa la encuesta: derecho de igualdad y la mujer en la Guardia Civil.

    La opinión de este colectivo permitirá conocer, de primera mano, qué piensan sobre estos temas y así mejorar/evolucionar, si fuera necesario, la propia Institución.

    The integration of women in the Guardia Civil has been one of the most important events that have taken place in our recent history. This has led to the legal development with the aim of adapting the women´s situation to the moment and also achieving equal opportunities.

    This article reflects the analysis carried out of the questionnaires that have been carried out on the students and on the part of the Corps personnel, in order to know their considerations on the main topic in which the survey is based: the right of equality and women and women and n the Civil Guard.

    The opinion of this group will allow us to know, first-hand, what they think about these issues and thus improve/evolve, if it will be necessary, the Institution itself.
