This article is a revision of the stratigraphic position of the petroleum mine on the Armancies Fm, lithostratigraphic unit in the Eocene of the Southpyrenean basin. The mine concesions for petroleum in the Broca district (Bergadä) as known since 1901 and the last is in the 1938. The Riutort mine is the major mine, worked since 1905 to 1916 and from 1936 to 1938. It has 385 meters long of gallerys and was exploted 3.500 tons of bituminosus shales. Their stratigraphic position are the most lower position on the stratigraphic record of the Armancies Fm, confirms the anoxic subbaisin between Freser river and Josa.
