  • The Just‐In‐Time Open Learning (JITOL) project is a major research and development project funded by the European Community's DELTA programme. This paper offers a JITOL perspective on electronic performance support as a technology for accessing distributed knowledge and promoting the collaborative evolution of new working practices.
