This study will focus on the relationships between the local Afro-Brazilian religious field and the teaching practice in the History classes of the final years of Elementary School. This term "intolerance" defines well the profile of violence that has arisen in our country. Religious intolerance has many negative consequences, such as the growing disrespect of the group of aggressors over people of different religions. The climate of insecurity and fear only increases. Religions of African origin are stigmatized in Brazil. We highlight a brief discussion about the role of the teacher in the face of his / her and students' views and experiences regarding the process of religiosity. To help combat the practice of intolerance, we must create methods to address the subject within the classroom

Este estudo enfocará sobre as relações existentes entre o campo religioso afrobrasileiro local e prática docente nas aulas de História dos anos finais do Ensino Fundamental.
Este termo “intolerância” define bem o perfil de violência que tem surgido no nosso país. A intolerância religiosa tem muitas consequências negativas como o crescente desrespeito do grupo de agressores em relação às pessoas de religiões diferentes. O clima de insegurança e medo só aumenta. As religiões de matriz africana são estigmatizadas no Brasil. Destacamos uma breve discussão sobre o papel do professor diante os olhares e experiências dele e dos alunos no que toca o processo de religiosidade. Para ajudar a combater a prática de intolerância, devemos criar métodos para abordar o assunto dentro da sala de aula.
