    Se exponen en el trabajo, en primer lugar, el marco constitucional y de legalidad orgánica del estado de emergencia en España, exponiéndose seguidamente el marco normativo de la declaración del estado de alarma acordado con ocasión de la situación de pandemia motivada por la COVID-19, para, posteriormente, abordar el control jurisdiccional (tanto llevado a cabo por el Tribunal Constitucional, como por los órganos del Poder Judicial) de la declaración del estado de alarma y sus prórrogas), planteando, finalmente, el estudio crítico de las resoluciones del Tribunal Constitucional y tribunales ordinarios, pronunciadas, con ocasión de la declaración del estado de alarma por los Reales Decretos 1673/2010, de 4 de diciembre y 1717/2010, de 17 de diciembre y por Real Decreto 463/2020, de 14 de marzo y sus prórrogas.

    First of all, the constitutional framework and organic legality of the state of emergency in Spain are exposed in the work, followed by the normative framework of the declaration of the state of alarm agreed on the occasion of the pandamic situation motivated by COVI-19 , to subsequently address the jurisdictional control (both carried out by the Constitutional Court and by the organs of the Judicial Power) of the declaration of the state of alarm and its extensions), finally proposing the critical study of the resolutions of the Constitutional Court and ordinary courts, pronounced, on the occasion of the declaration of the state of alarm by Royal Decrees 1673/2010, of December 4 and 1717/2010, of December 17 and by Royal Decree 463/2020, of December 14, March and its extensions.
