  Este trabajo aborda el tema del diálogo entre tribunales en el espacio europeo. En particular, se realiza un recorrido por la relación entre el Tribunal de Justicia de la Unión Europea y el Tribunal Constitucional español. Se estudia la principal jurisprudencia en las tres etapas identificadas.

  This work addresses the issue of dialogue between courts in the Euro-pean area. In particular, a tour of the relationship between the Court of Justice of the European Union and the Spanish Constitutional Court is made. The main jurisprudence is studied in the three identified stages.
