  En el presente se efectúa un análisis de en torno a la transmisibilidad del derecho real de Usufructo, ya sea de forma voluntario o forzosa, las obligaciones y derechos generados de dicha transmisión, y su posibilidad de prohibir la transmisión en el código Civil y Comercial de la Nación, analizando el desarrollo histórico de la institución y su derecho comparado.
