  La vivienda es un elemento indispensable para el desarrollo de la vida en sociedad del ser humano desde sus orígenes, un bien necesario en sentido social, cuya trascendencia en la vida del hombre se encuentra enteramente ligada a satisfacer una necesidad inherente del mismo, como la de protegerse o resguardarse, mientras supone igualmente, el ejercicio y el disfrute de muchos otros derechos. Referimos a “otros derechos” porque con fundamento en lo manifestado, la Vivienda se constituye como un derecho en sí mismo, mientras que supone un derecho sobre ella por parte del individuo que la posee, de allí la protección jurídica universal que se le brinda como verdadera necesidad.

  Housing is an indispensable element for the development of life in society of the human being from its origins, a necessary good in the social sense, whose transcendence in the life of man is entirely linked to satisfying an inherent need of it, such as protect or protect, while also assuming, the exercise and enjoyment of many other rights. We refer to “other rights” because based on what has been stated, Housing is constituted as a right in itself, while it supposes a right over it by the individual who owns it, hence the universal legal protection provided as real need.
