    En el presente trabajo se tratarán los nuevos paradigmas legislativos y jurisprudenciales sobre la cuestión del cambio de nombre en Argentina y más específicamente en la provincia de Córdoba, enfocado en el interés del notario para la certera identificación de los sujetos otorgantes de actos jurídicos, contribuyendo a la seguridad de los negocios y evitando fraudes. Se establecerá la normativa vigente, los diferentes supuestos, procedimientos y registros encargados de asentar y emitir la documentación modificada.

    In this paper we will deal with the new legislative and jurisprudential paradigms on the issue of name change in Argentina and more specifically in the province of Córdoba, focusing on the interest of the notary for the accurate identification of the subjects granting legal acts, contributing to business security and avoiding fraud. The current regulations, the different cases, procedures and registers in charge of registering and issuing the modified documentation will be established.
