Resumen de Análisis de las referencias a metodologías activas en normas nacionales e internacionales como indicador de inclusión educativa

El derecho a la educación inclusiva supone dar una respuesta pedagógica adecuada a todo el alumnado incluido el alumnado con discapacidad, con la principal finalidad de construir una sociedad más justa, igualitaria e inclusiva.
El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo realizar un análisis exhaustivo de la normativa nacional e internacional de manera que extraigamos todos los hitos jurídicos que ofrecen respaldo al derecho a la educación inclusiva, así como, conocer la transformación metodológica presente en estos documentos que supongan una exposición de motivos para garantizar la inclusión educativa.
Las principales conclusiones que extraemos nos indican que la normativa tiene una base sólida en relación al concepto de educación inclusiva, sin embargo, es deficiente la presencia de estrategias metodológicas que garanticen la implantación de este derecho con garantías.

The right to inclusive education means giving an adequate pedagogical response to all students, including students with disabilities, with the main purpose of building a more just, egalitarian and inclusive society. The objective of this work is to carry out an exhaustive analysis of national and international regulations so that we can extract all the legal milestones that offer support for the right to inclusive education, as well as to learn about the methodological transformation present in these documents that represent an exposition of reasons to guarantee educational inclusion. The main conclusions we draw indicate that the regulations have a solid basis in relation to the concept of inclusive education, however, the presence of methodological strategies that guarantee the implementation of this right with guarantees is deficient.
