  En la situación decretada de alarma en el estado español muchas personas se han contagiado o han fallecido. Algunas no habían efectuado testamento o deseaban cambiarlo y en vistas de un posible contagio se prohíbe la circulación libre de las personas. Las oficinas notariales están abiertas para casos especiales de urgente necesidad, pero no se permiten las salidas a los notarios. Ante este panorama las personas que deseen testar ¿qué pueden hacer?. La normativa jurídica permite el testamento ante testigos y el testamento ológrafo. ¿cuál es la mejor opción? En este trabajo se verán los pros y contra de estas modalidades, haciendo una llamada a la necesidad de adaptar la legislación a unas nuevas formas y medios a través del uso de instrumentos digitales.

  In the situation decreed of alarm in the Spanish state many people have been infected or have died. Some had not made a will or wished to change it and in view of a possible contagion the free movement of persons is prohibited. Notary offices are open for special cases of urgent need, but outflows to notaries are not allowed. In this picture, people who wish to test what can they do? The legal regulations allow the will before witnesses and the olographer will. What's the best option? In this work we will see the pros and against these modalities, calling for the need to adapt the legislation to new forms and means through the use of digital instruments
