Resumen de Planificación estratégica territorial en la zona conurbada Moroleón – Uriangato del estado de Guanajuato, México

  La presente investigación tiene como objetivo determinar los principales fac-tores que influyen en la planeación estratégica y su desarrollo socioeconómico de la zona conurbada de Moroleón y Uriangato, Guanajuato, México. Con este fin se investigó la literatura correspondiente, en relación con el Desarrollo Regional (DR) y otros temas concernientes, y se obtuvieron variables que fue-ron las que marcaron la ruta a seguir; Se observa que la planeación estratégica territorial comienza a operar en la zona y que las autoridades municipales aún tienen que trabajar mucho sobre este tema, que es fundamental en estos tiempos. Mediante,el Method for Employing Sampling Thecniques, se delimitó el área de estudio, en la cual se aplicó en todos los sectores de la población, se analizaron los resultados con el programa estadístico Statitistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS), para aplicar herramientas estadísticas que llevaron la investigación a la obtención de resultados. Entre las variables analizadas por la metodología se llegó a la conclusión que las Políticas Públicas (PP) tienen un peso importante sobre la planeación estratégica.

  The objective of this research is to determine the main factors that influence strategic planning and its socioeconomic development in the metropolitan area of Moroleón and Uriangato, Guanajuato, Mexico. To this end, the co-rresponding literature was investigated, in relation to Regional Development (DR) and other related issues, and variables were obtained that were the ones hat marked the route to be followed; It is observed that the territorial strate-gic planning begins to operate in the area and that the municipal authorities still have to work a lot on this subject, which is fundamental in these times. Subsequently, with the Method for Employing Sampling Thecniques, the stu-dy area was delimited, in which it was applied in all sectors of the population, the results were analyzed with the statistical program Statitistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS), to apply Statistical tools that led the investigation to obtain results. It is concluded that public policies (PP) is the independent variable that most influences the dependent variable, so the recommendation is to improve this governmental aspect of the municipality and implement territorial strategic plans that improve the urban development of both muni-cipalities.
