    En los últimos años se ha puesto de relieve la cantidad de infracciones que afectan al medio ambiente generando un incremento de los riesgos de sufrir daños de difícil reparación. La normativa administrativa regula detalladamente los cauces que deben seguirse para evitar el deterioro de nuestro entorno. Sin embargo, a veces, los medios de interpretación normativa son contradictorios o, no se respetan. El caso Ballenoil es un ejemplo de los problemas que genera a nivel jurídico conceptos abstractos establecidos en las leyes, así como la falta de interés o rigor en la aplicación de determinadas prerrogativas legales que afectan concretamente al Dominio Público Hidráulico.

    In recent years, the number of infractions that affect the environment has been alleviated, generating an increased risk of damage that is difficult to repair. The administrative regulations specifically regulated the channels that must be followed to avoid the displacement of our environment. However, sometimes the means of normative interpretation are contradictory, not respected. The Ballenoil case is an example of the problems generated by a legal level, abstract concepts established in the laws, as well as the lack of interest or rigor in the application of the legal prerogative norms that affect the Public Hydraulic Domain.
