    La investigación aborda una temática muy importante, identificada en la implementación del proyecto “Deportes para Todos” en el programa de preparación del deportista del deporte de Esgrima en la categoría 10-12 años en la provincia de Guantánamo, Cuba conel objetivo proponer ejercicios que perfeccionenla técnica de Fondo.Se utilizó sustento teórico los criterios ofrecidos por autores como: Álvarez y Prieto (1993),Clery (1994),Arkayev (1998), Gaugler (1999), Thirioux (2003), Szabó (2007), López (2009),Silva (2009), Kronlund (2014), Lukovich (2015), Beke y Polgar (2016), Rosabal A. y Tejeda R. (2016), González-López y Lores-Real (2018).Para el desarrollo de la investigación se utilizaron métodos y técnicas de investigación de los diferentes niveles quepermitieron determinar las principales insuficiencias que presentan en la técnica de Fondo los esgrimistas de la categoría 10-12 en la especialidad de Sable, elaborar los ejercicios necesarios para perfeccionar esta técnica y corroborar la factibilidad dela propuesta.

    The research is about a very important theme, identified in the implementation of the project "Sports for All" in the preparation program of the fencer in the category 10-12 years in Guantanamo province with the objective to propose exercises that perfect the background technique.Theoretical support the criteria offered by authors such as: Álvarez and Prieto (1993), Clery (1994), Arkayev (1998), Gaugler (1999),Thirioux (2003), Szabó (2007), López (2009), Silva (2009), Kronlund (2014), Lukovich (2015), Beke and Polgar (2016), Rosabal A. &Tejeda R.(2016), González-López and Lores-Real (2018).For the development of the investigation, research methods and techniques from the different levels were used that allowed to determine the main insufficiencies that the fencers of the category 10-12 in Sable specialty have in the Fund technique, to elaborate the necessary exercises to perfect this technique and to corroborate the feasibility of the proposal.
