La importancia de la Administración Concursal a lo largo de los 16 años en los que va a estar vigente la Ley 22/2003, de 9 de julio, Concursal es incontestable. De hecho es considerada, junto al Juez del Concurso, como los únicos órganos necesarios del procedimiento concursal, erigiéndose de esta forma en pieza fundamental del engranaje de la gestión judicial de la insolvencia. Siendo ello así, resulta fundamental estudiar el nuevo régimen que el Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2020, de 5 de mayo, por el que se aprueba el Texto Refundido de la Ley Concursal contiene respecto a la misma, para constatar si su importancia se ha visto trasladada en igual grado a la nueva regulación de la insolvencia que entrará en vigor el próximo 1 de septiembre de 2020

The importance of the Administration Bankruptcy throughout the 16 years in which the Law 22/2003, of 9 July, will be in force, Concursal is incontestable. In fact, it is considered, together with the Judge of the Competition, as the only necessary organs of the bankruptcy procedure, thus establishing itself as a fundamental piece of the mechanism of the judicial management of insolvency. This being so, it is essential to study the new regime that the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2020, of 5 May, approving the consolidated text of the Bankruptcy Law contains regarding it, to ascertain whether its importance has been transferred to the same extent to the new insolvency regulation which will enter into force on 1 September 2020.
