  Este artículo ofrece algunas pistas para una mayor unidad en la concepción de la esencia del derecho en la Iglesia. En la primera sección, el autor intenta resaltar algunas convergencias de posiciones doctrinales sobre la naturaleza del derecho en la Iglesia. La segunda sección presenta una nueva categorización de los planteamientos del concepto de derecho entendido en el nivel ontológico de su intersección con la realidad teológico-eclesial.

  This article offers certain proposals for achieving a greater unity regarding the conception of the essence of right in the Church. In its first section, the author seeks to illuminate certain existing doctrinal convergencies between various authors regarding nature of the right in the Church. In the second section, the author presents a new categorization of possible approaches to the concept of right at the ontological level of the intersection of this concept with the ecclesial-theological reality.
