  El presente artículo constituye un análisis reflexivo de cómo influye la recreación en la conducta de los jóvenes y como haciendo un uso adecuado de la misma pueden lograr trazarse metas en la vida, elevando su nivel cultural.

  Esta búsqueda nos lleva a considerar dos dimensiones, acción y reflexión interactuando en forma solidaria, partiendo de la concepción de que no hay palabra verdadera que no sea una unión inquebrantable entre acción y reflexión, de ahí que el trabajo reflexiona sobre las formas y vías en la búsqueda de valores para la orientación del joven, y qué es recreación sana, también sobre cómo el joven puede hacer un adecuado uso de su tiempo libre y se convierta en un individuo que responda a los patrones morales, éticos y culturales de la sociedad. En definitiva, que la recreación se puede convertir en un modelo comunitario para la Animación Sociocultural.

  This article deals with the role and influence of the right and appropriate recreation upon the behaviour of the youths, and how this stimulates the youth to organise its life project, elevating its cultural level. The search of such a recreation in fact makes us to consider two dimensions: action and reflection; they interact in such a way that the absence of a part of one of them, affects immediately the other one; therefore the union between action and reflection can be said that is unyielding. It is for this reason that the work proposes the search of ways to form values through the orientation to the youth about what healthy recreation is. It also shows different ways to help the youths in the search of alternatives directed to elevate their cultural level and quality of life, and to appreciate in what measure their recreational necessities are considered.
