Il presente scritto analizza alcune delle principali misure prese dal governo italiano nell’ambito dell’emergenza Covid-19, in particolare, quelle relative al smart working, al divieto dei licenziamenti e alla responsabilità del datore di lavoro in caso di contagi all’interno dell’azienda.
