Resumen de Un instrumento de evaluación del tratamiento clínico de niños con autismo

Este trabajo es uno de los que fui generando a lo largo de mi trayectoria como tera - peuta de niños con trastornos del espectro autista, cada vez que me he detenido a considerar las preguntas, inquietudes y obstáculos que supone trabajar con paradig - mas difíciles de conciliar entre sí. Comento posibles entrecruzamientos teóricos so - bre los aspectos alterados en los niños con autismo desde la perspectiva cognitiva y la comprensión metapsicológica que aporta el psicoanálisis, como punto de apoyo para explicar mi necesidad de contar con hitos de diagnóstico y reorientación en la clínica.
Parte de lo que fui construyendo es un instrumento de evaluación cualitativa que me propongo presentar en este artículo; se trata de un modo de organizar rasgos, no - ciones y criterios que me ha permitido evaluar tramos de procesos clínicos de mis pacientes. Por medio de tales evaluaciones logré ampliar estrategias, comprender actitudes, modalidades, cambios, y proseguir los tratamientos con pautas más cla - ras y mejoras notables en los niños y los vínculos con sus padres. Mi punto de par - tida para tal instrumento es una tabla diseñada por Rivière y Martos (2000), desde su marco cognitivista, cuyas ideas -tal el caso de la “teoría de la mente”- he logra - do anudar en cierto grado con algunas concepciones del psicoanálisis, como inter - subjetividad e identificación.

This paper is one that was generated in the course of my experience as a therapist of chil - d ren with disorders of the autist spectrum, every time I have stopped to consider the questions , uneasiness and obstacles that are brought about by working with paradigms that a re difficult to reconcile among them. I comment the possible theoretical interc ro s s i n g s about the altered aspects in children with autism from the cognitive perspective and the methapsychological understanding that psychoanalysis contributes ,as a support to ex - plain my need of counting with milestones of diagnosis and reorientation in the clini c.
A part of what I was building up is an instrument of qualitative evaluation that I intend to present in this article; it is about a mode of organizing the characteristics ,notions and criteria that has allowed me to evaluate sections of my patients clinical process. By means of such evaluations I succeeded in enlarging strategies, understanding attitudes, manners, changes, and in continuing treatments with clearer rules and important improvements in the children and in the links with their parents. My starting point for such instrument is a table designed by Rivière and Martos (2000), from their cognitive frame. As in the case of the “theory of the mind”, I have achieved to connect up to a certain degree their ideas with some conceptions of psychoanalysis, such as intersubjectivity and identification.
