Enfermería y salud mental: un estudio con dos poblaciones de pacientes. Uso de las TIC’s como herramienta de gestión eficaz

    La atención al paciente psiquiátrico ha evolucionado en el tiempo. En España existen hoy dos tipos de instituciones que pueden cotejarse en cuanto a la rehabilitación psicosocial del trastorno mental grave: la prisión y el hospital psiquiátrico. En ambas interviene un equipo terapéutico multidisciplinar, específico de cada centro, que lleva a cabo estos programas de rehabilitación.

    Desde una perspectiva enfermera, analizamos la rehabilitación psicosocial ofrecida por cada establecimiento mediante investigación de las historias clínicas de los pacientes. Elaboramos un estudio epidemiológico descriptivo de corte o transversal durante los años 2010-2011. Posteriormente se analizan los datos, se muestran los resultados de cada centro comparando el inicio y el final tras la aplicación del programa y se lleva a cabo una comparación entre los resultados obtenidos en cada centro.

    En el transcurso del estudio, indagamos la actualidad de la TICs, aplicadas a la gestión de pacientes.

    The attention to the psychiatric patient has evolved in the time. In Spain today exists two types of institutions that can be collated as far as the psycho-social rehabilitation of serious the mental upheaval: the prison and the psychiatric hospital. In both a therapeutic equipment takes part to multidiscipline, specific of each centre, that carries out these programs of rehabilitation.

    From a perspective nurse, we analysed the psycho-social rehabilitation offered by each establishment by means of investigation of clinical histories of the patients.

    We elaborated a study descriptive epidemiologist of cross-sectional cut or during years 2010-2011. Later the data are analysed, they are to the results of each centre comparing the beginning and the end after the application of the program and is carried out a comparison between the results obtained in each centre. In the course of the study, we investigated the present time of the Tics, applied to the management of patients.
