El acercamiento a lo Real a través de formas de producción simbólica implica considerar la noción de subjetividad como una forma de relación de los individuos y su contexto. En el siguiente texto observo la producción artística y activista de la agencia de investigación Forensic Architecture como una forma de acercamiento a lo Real desde la estética, al denunciar a través de ésta los efectos de la violencia de Estado. El texto se presenta en dos partes. En la primera analizo las inconsistencias de los Estados nación y otros regímenes políticos en la organización de lo común, sobre todo cuando el poder se concentra hegemónicamente, y en la segunda presento el trabajo realizado por la Forensic Architecture como un espacio de enunciación contrahegemónica

Approaching to the Real through forms of symbolic production involves considering the notion of subjectivity as a form of relationship between individuals and their context. In the following text I analyse the artistic and activist production of the research agency Forensic Architecture as a way of approaching to the Real from the aesthetic in order to to denounce, through this one, the effects of State violence. This work is presented in two parts. In the first one, I analyse the inconsistencies of Nation States and other political regimes in the way they organise the common, especially in authoritarian regimes. In the second part I present the work of the Forensic Architecture as a place of counter hegemonicc enunciation
