Valoración del informe de enfermería al alta tras la hospitalización

    El informe de alta de enfermería tras la hospitalización representa una oportunidad para continuar con el cuidado y atención dispensados al paciente durante la misma, pero no están claras las características idóneas de dicho informe ni el grado de satisfacción del profesional de enfermería tanto de Atención Primaria como Atención Especializada. Incluso es heterogénea la actitud del personal de enfermería hospitalaria con respecto al informe.

    Los objetivos son determinar la satisfacción del personal de enfermería de Atención Primaria y Atención Especializada con dicho informe: relevancia para su trabajo, utilidad del mismo y establecer posibles puntos de mejora en aras de una mejor atención clínica.

    Se realizó un estudio descriptivo, transversal, a través de cuestionario, realizado a enfermeras de Atención Especializada y Atención Primaria de Cantabria.

    Se puede concluir que los profesionales consideran al actual informe poco útil para planificar los cuidados por no reflejar la información que consideran necesaria. Para mejorar esta situación, proponen poder disponer de más espacio y opciones para dar un enfoque más individualizado que consiga obtener una descripción más precisa de la situación del paciente no sólo en el momento del alta, sino también durante el ingreso.

    Nursing report after hospitalization represents an opportunity to continue with the care and attention given to the patient during the same one, but there are clear neither the suitable characteristics of the above mentioned report nor the degree of satisfaction of the professional of primary care nursing. Even there is heterogeneous the attitude of the personnel of hospital nursing with regard to the report.

    The objectives are to determine the satisfaction of hospital and primary care nursing staff specializing care with the above mentioned report: relevancy for his work, usefulness of the same one and to establish possible points of improvement in altars of a better clinical attention.

    We performed a cross-sectional, descriptive study in nurses working in Specializing Care an Primary Care of Cantabria.

    It is possible to conclude that the professionals consider that the current report is slightly useful to plan care for not reflecting the information that they consider to be necessary. To improve this situation, they propose to be able to have more space and options to give an approach more individualized that it manages to obtain a more precise description of the situation of the patient not only in the moment of the discharge, but also during the revenue.
