A través de este artículo, se analiza cuál es la posición del TEDH acerca de esta figura que, con oros nombres, ya ha sido objeto de diferentes sentencias en el pasado. Se comprueba, por tanto, si el derecho recogido en el punto segundo del artículo 2 del Protocolo I puede amparar el pin parental.

In this paper, the position of the ECHR regarding this legal figure that, with other names, has already been the subject of different judgments in the past, is analyzed. Therefore, it is checked whether the right contained in the second point of Article 2 of Protocol I can protect the parental veto.
