    Se comenta la Sentencia de la Sala de lo Social del Supremo, 08/01/2020, relativa a la declaración de nulidad radical del punto 2.5 del Reglamento de Plan de Ahorro elaborado por AFE, en el que para disfrutar de un determinado beneficio, se establece como requisitos que el futbolista esté afiliado a la AFE.

    The Sentence of the Social Chamber of the Supreme Court is commented, 08/01/2020, relative to the declaration of radical nullity of point 2.5 of the Regulation of Savings Plan prepared by AFE, in which to enjoy a certain benefit, it is established as requirements that the footballer is affiliated with the AFE.
