  Este artículo considera una de las necesidades educativas como lo es la educación bilingüe intercultural. En vista de que la región de Soloy, Chiriquí, Panamá, agrupa una gran cantidad de población indígena de la etnia Gnobe Buglé , se considera relevante destacar el desafío de la educación en cuanto a la actitud y aptitud de los docentes frente a esta diversidad bilingüe; indagando cómo los docentes de este centro de estudios enfrentan este reto estableciendo nivel de capacitación docente relacionada con la diversidad bilingüe para determinar la existencia de la necesidad de una formación educativa que les permita a estos docentes, enfrentar la diversidad bilingüe y así, proponer un proceso de capacitación para el personal docente sobre la educación intercultural bilingüe en la comunidad de Soloy

  This paper considers one of the educational needs such as intercultural bilingual education.

  To investigate this problem was chosen Soloy Basic Education Center, Chiriqui Republic of Panama, where public education is taught intercultural bilingual character. In view of this region brings together a large number of indigenous population of ethnic Gnöbe Buglé, is considered relevant to highlight the challenge of education in terms of attitude and ability of teachers that face this bilingual diversity teachers inquiring how the teacher of this school faced this challenge, verifying the level of teacher training related to diversity bilingual, all with the intention of determining the existence of the need for educational training that enables these teachers, bilingual deal with diversity and thus propose a training process for teachers on intercultural bilingual education in the community of Soloy
