    El puerperio es considerado en sí mismo como un agente promotor de activación biológica y como un escenario de conflictos intrapsíquicos: no solo se confronta la identidad maternal, sino que confronta el imaginario de la madre en relación al bebé gestado. Bajo este paradigma, el presente caso (a) aborda la actitud de rechazo de la madre hacia su hijo prematuro considerándola una actitud evitativa en un escenario de encuentro entre la madre con el hijo, así mismo (b) ahonda en las diferentes hipótesis teóricas para la ocurrencia de la actitud de rechazo de las madres teniendo en cuenta los criterios clínicos de trastorno fóbico para el diagnóstico diferencial.

    The puerperium is considered as a promoter of biological activation and as a setting of intrapsychic conflicts: it not only confronts the maternal identity but also confronts the imaginary of the mother in relation to the pregnant baby. Under this paradigm, the present case (a) addresses the attitude of rejection of the mother towards her premature child considering it an avoidant attitude in the encounter between the mother and the child, likewise (b) explore the different theoretical hypotheses for the occurrence of the attitude of rejection of the mothers taking into account the clinical criteria of phobic disorder for differential diagnosis.
